Cliste Rekayasa Indonesia is opening an opportunity for 4 (four) Reliability Engineers to join our core Engineering team.

At Cliste, we partner with major industries to solve their toughest asset performance and reliability challenges. In this role, you will help us fulfill that mission by bridging foundational engineering theory with real-world asset intelligence. Supporting our senior team on key initiatives, you will contribute directly to client success and help Cliste deliver the insights and reliability frameworks that maximize equipment value across major industrial operations.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with up to 2 years of work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Chemical Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines with a strong interest in Asset Management and Reliability.
  • Basic understanding of reliability engineering principles, maintenance strategies, and spare parts management.
  • Portfolio of academic or personal projects related to engineering is a plus.

Job Description

In this role, you will be assigned to support the engineering team across various reliability engineering projects. Key responsibilities include assisting with core initiatives such as asset register development, spare parts management, maintenance strategy optimization, and RAM analysis.
