Planning & Scheduling Engineer
Cliste Rekayasa Indonesia is opening an urgent opportunity for a Planning & Scheduling Engineer.

In this role, you will help us fulfill that mission by developing and maintaining the integrated project schedule that serves as the single reference for all parties involved in project execution. Working closely with our project team, you will contribute directly to client success by ensuring critical milestones are tracked, delays are detected early, and recovery plans are executed effectively.

Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Planner/Scheduler, preferably in Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Proficient in CPM scheduling, WBS development, and tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Understanding of progress measurement, S-curve, and delay analysis is a plus.
- Familiar with EPC/construction workflow (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning).
- Good communication and coordination skills across contractors and project teams.
- Willing to work on-site and understands basic HSE standards in Oil & Gas facilities.
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the project's integrated master schedule using CPM, serving as the single reference for all parties involved in the assessment. Key responsibilities include building the WBS, setting the schedule baseline and milestones, monitoring progress and critical path, detecting delays early and quantifying their impact on key milestones, conducting delay analysis, proposing actionable recovery plans, and preparing weekly/monthly schedule reports for management.
